During the night you are the point of contact for our guests. While everyone sleeps, you ensure the safety of our guests and the smooth running of the night. You know how to act in the event of an unexpected situation and/or calamity, you stand firm and are stress-resistant. In addition to safety in our hotel, you are responsible for running the Night Audit and completing other administrative actions. You also help with checking in and out of our guests. You are the rock in the surf who takes responsibility and can handle the safety and comfort of our guests. You always go the extra mile for the guest and your colleagues. Working at night is no problem for you, you can deal well with the rhythm changes that come with night shifts.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT NIGHT RECEPTIONIST?

You have completed at least an MBO-4 education.
You can deal well with the rhythm changes that come with night shifts.
You are stress-resistant, guest-oriented and a hard worker.
You have knowledge of Opera PMS or another hotel reservation system.
You speak good English and can also speak other languages.
Do you have a valid emergency response diploma? That's a great advantage!
