We need this data to provide you with the right information and answers to the questions you ask.
Application form
When you apply via our application form, we collect the following data: your first name and surname, your address, your telephone number, your e-mail address, your date of birth, your educational background, whether you have a driving license, your work experience in the sector, your availability, your salary indication, your photo (not obligatory, of course), your motivation, your curriculum vitae and any other relevant attachments you wish to send yourself. Depending on the kind and type of position, the data in our application form may differ.
We need this information to assess whether you meet all the criteria and can participate in our selection process.
HOW LONG WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE KEPT?
If you submit our contact form, we will keep your personal data no longer than necessary to provide our services.
If you apply to a vacancy and position with us, you must agree to our privacy policy. We apply a retention period of 12 months. It is of course always possible to delete your data yourself. This can be done via a special link at the bottom of our confirmation e-mail.
