Together with the Front Office team, you will ensure a unique guest experience and optimal service every day. You will supervise the team of supervisors, employees and interns under the supervision of the Front Office Manager. You train and coach them where necessary and they can always come to you when needed. Do you notice that some procedures don't quite fit the guest's needs? Then you know exactly what is needed to set up new procedures. You also transfer this knowledge and responsibility to colleagues.

The Front Office Manager can always count on you to take over her duties and responsibilities in her absence. You are flexible and respond proactively to changes in the staffing of the Front Office team. You take care of the correct administrative handling of ongoing matters and ensure that everything is well documented. Furthermore, you are closely involved in revenue maximization through upselling, revenue, cost control and quality improvement. Every shift brings new challenges, but one thing never changes: you deliver quality and exceed guests' (and your team's!) expectations.

  • You have at least MBO working and thinking level.
  • You have at least 2 years work experience within the hotel industry, preferably in the Front Office, and are ready for the next step.
  • You are energetic and with that you inspire your team 'to go all the way' for our guests!
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and preferably another language.
  • You are flexible and don't mind working evenings or weekends.
